The hotel had clean rooms which was a positive aspect. Another positive was that translation apps were available to communicate with the staff who didn't speak English. The location was also convenient with nearby cafes and shops.
The hotel was quite far from the metro and not centrally located. The noise throughout the night was extremely disruptive and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We had a pleasant stay at a budget hotel in Shanghai. the location was a bit far from the metro, but we found some cafes and shops nearby. the staff didn't speak English, but they were resourceful with translation apps. Despite the noise, the room was clean and the bathroom was well-maintained. We were happy with the service and the breakfast options. it was a decent place to stay for the price.
The check-in process took longer than expected.

the cleanliness of the property was just fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my experience here even better! the location was also very convenient, with many shops and cafes nearby, and a short walk to some key tourist attractions. Another great aspect was the delicious breakfast that they offered each morning, which really set me up for the day ahead!
Although I loved everything about this hotel, I did find that the noise levels were pretty high which affected my sleep quality, so maybe take some earplugs with you just in case! the check, in process was a bit slow, with staff attending to other customers mid.
